It is concise and to the point. But I am trying to look for “out-dated” stuff in this text as the original German edition was published in 05.

The best book on differential diagnosis no one, at least here in the states, knows about. Along with Symptom to Diagnosis and Sapira’s, this book ought to be mandatory reading for all physicians-in-training. Sadly most of physicians trained here can’t generate a differential beyond three or four obvious diagnoses, don’t know how to arrive at a diagnosis and couldn’t examine their way out of a paper bag.
