    I’m an internal medicine resident. In case anyone was torn between buying this or Harrison’s, I think that this text is both easier to read and more informative
    Cecil’s explanation was easier to read and more informative. Granted, it didn’t include the buzzword platypnea, but MKSAP is good for that kind of thing. Maybe back in the day Harrison’s was better, but the choice today is clear.
