Even though there's a newer edition, this 6th edition remains extremely useful for core principles. Surgical techniques, pathology discussions, and staging information are very well detailed
Berek and Hacker always set the standard in gynecologic oncology textbooks. Easy to read chapters, nice summary tables at the end of sections. Still recommend it highly even if newer editions exist
